When to expect membership pack?

I joined the Good Sam club at our annual RV show in Kansas City about two weeks ago. I still have not received my membership number, membership card, or any kind of membership information yet. How long does it normally take for new memberships to be processed? Is there someone who I can contact concerning this?

Call the 800 # that shows up on your credit card bill; mine took 3 weeks to recieve in the mail

I haven't received anything yet as well and we've been waiting since the first weekend of January when the RV show was here in Albuquerque.  We'll give it another few weeks before we call as it's too cold to camp and wouldn't get used anyway.

On average, it takes about 3-4 weeks to receive membership cards.
