Who to talk to

I have emailed Mr. Scott Blanc with no reply so who can I contact in reference to what I perceive as false advertising on the part of GS ESP. They say they cover all water lines and just recently I had it at CW in St. George, UT. They submitted a claim and ESP rejected it as a prior damage. CW says it could have been because they thought the line had froze (although we live in the desert) and I just bought it from CW who were suppose to check out the unit before selling it. I will not go into detail what was wrong with it or the money that was spent but needless to say if you buy something from CW in Mesa, AZ. You better have them demonstrate that have in fact went over everything.

  • I'm pretty sure you will be hearing from ESP soon. Probably they are checking things out.
