Why can't I get new camping card? I haven't received a membership card for at least a year! Mine is not current. I have contacted Good Sam's three times 2 by e-mail and once by phone. I don't get to us this card much and the people questioned last 2 times I did. Due to expired date. "Fulfillment" is probably the easiest department to operate, often outsourced due to low skilled/temp workers to get the lowest cost possible.Don't know if GS outsources or just doesn't care about inconveniencing its customers, but if you search here, you'll find the 3rd-grade-level effort of sending cards to PAYING customers is something GS refuses to take seriously.IMHO, if you don't get your card within 2 weeks after paying your membership fee, you should request a cancellation and full refund.It is a recurring theme. It really isn't rocket science. As long as customers continue to accept this disrespectful practice, GS will not make any efforts to correct it.Shame, really. Soooo easy to fix....

You don't need a Camping World card anymore if you have a GS card.It will work at CW.

Good Sam should get with the times and have an app with the card on it. Then convince campground owners it's legitimate.

Yep, I agree. Also pointing out how EASY it is to confirm this info(it's obviously in the system), so WHY can't the card-fulfillment folks figure it out?

It's a bit ridiculous, IMHO.

I agree, it is ridiculous. Sure makes you wonder why GS is so disorganized. I'll be glad to finally get my card though!

I will look forward to receiving my new card next week.

On a side note: I was able to give my phone # to the RV parks that I was staying at, and they were able to verify that I was a current GS member through my ph#.

I'm in the same boat with the OP. I rejoined GS in March, and I am still waiting for my membership card. I know they have my correct address as I keep getting all their advertisement propaganda and just got the free Motorhome magazine.

I probably should call them, but I keep hoping they might get their act together and do something correctly.
