Why can't I log on

Question

Why can't I log on to Good Sam? I try,  it says no one by that email or password has an account. I request a new password setting, establish it and next time it says sorry no one by that email or password has an account. After doing this several times you know you get really frustrated!!! I can log on to Camping World, no problem but not good Sam. So why am I not able to log on. they have my money and I have an account with them but can't log on.

I'm betting that their recommendation will be to delete cookies and your problem will be solved.
