Letting Logging Trucks Pass
I spent the day driving on Highway 101 South on the Olympic Peninsula in WA state. I'm driving the speed limit (60 mph) and have logging trucks trying to goose me forward. There are no or few turnouts, and I want them to pass me. When I see an open spot where they can pass, I turn on my right blinker, move in tight against the fog line and slow down a bit for them to easily pass. They always seem to take the opportunity to pass but never acknowledge my efforts.
Is there more that I should do the facilitate them moving around me?
