Why does it take so long to get cancellation refunds?

Ella, Seems you are here to help. I'll keep you updated. 5 months paying interest on over $4000.00 was too long to wait for the first refunds but you came through pretty quick. In the 7th month for the last. Shame I have had to go through the forum to get results but glad I did 'cause that's when you got involved and you have helped.
