Why hasn't the permanate card came?

Hello all. We became members last year in June and have renewed early.I still haven't received a permanate card.All I have is a very tattered temp card.Thanks for any answers.Dave

  • I still don't understand why it always takes GOOD SAM "3 to 4 weeks" to get anything done. Is HE working alone???

    I have looked up your account and re-sent the new Good Sam Swipe and Save card to the address on file for your membership. They should arrive 3-4 weeks from 3/24/14. If you have any further questions, please call member services available 24/7 at 1-800-234-3450.
