Why no phone number on coded key cards?
Hi Marcus and Team,
Recently I signed up for Good Sam Roadside Assistance and yesterday got the key ring cards from GSRA. Nice, with my name and policy number (well, except the last digit) on them, on the back it has an address to send them if they get lost.
However, they lack a phone number to call if I need roadside Assistance. The phone number to call was prominently displayed on my temporary card. What good is the key ring card? I still need to carry the temporary card. Or is there another full sized card (or two) to carry in the billfold? Or am I expected to plaster in a prominent place in all 4 of my vehicles the number to call?
I'm very unclear why this key card is at all valuable to me.
