Why was my membership downgraded?

Question

The purchase of our fifth wheel in July included a three year Elite Membership. I was out at our local Camping World making a purchase. Cashier asked if I wanted to add a year to our membership for and additional $2.00 charge. Sure why not.

Received our new cards today, and they are Deluxe Membership cards. So apparently that $2.00 deal wasn't such a deal after all.

Any way to cancel that extra year I just got and go back to my Elite status?

You are still an Elite member for the first three years. The new card just says deluxe because it also includes your upgraded year which is not an elite year.Thanks,Tom

Thanks Tom, that's good to know. As I like the additional benefits, is it still possible to renew/upgrade to Elite Member for that fourth year?

B92F,Once the three year Elite membership is up the only way to have a fourth year as an Elite member is to purchase another camper. Thanks,StacyGood Sam Care Team

Except for the fact of the "free" yearly inspection that they will tell you need about $1500 worth of things done on your two year old RV. Why two year old RV? Because your manufacturers warranty rant out and now they can charge you for things. Ask me how I know.....
