Why Was the Roadside Assistance App Thread Closed?
A forum member, back in the middle of January, brought to your attention that the new Roadside Assistance app failed to list a number of units. Since that time, several other members also raised the question; myself included.
Now, over three months later, the questions remains unanswered, and the original thread has been closed. Why? The questions were legitimate, and we even offered our assistance, when asked.
It does not reflect well on Good Sam or, the Roadside Assistance division, that our inquiries seem to have fallen into a black hole.
No disrespect, but a college grad with a degree in IT could have Googled the units currently in the marketplace, albeit a manual effort, and assembled a coded spreadsheet long before now.
We understand that a 'when' may not be possible to answer, but offering a timeline, or a goal, would be far more professional, as opposed to dismissing us.
