Wondering about insurance thru National General

Question

I was or still am considering insurance on Home, two autos, and RV thru National General but my research indicates a worse than average rating on customer service and claims. The agency would be Integon Insurance and not sounding too promising. Any thoughts good or bad would be greatly appreciated

Used National General until they had significant increase and only comment when I called was disinterested person saying that's cost of business in Oregon. I also had RV, cars, homes and umbrella. No apparent interest in keeping claim free business.

I used it for a long time, and only had to use it once but they paid off quickly. But got tired of my other company raising the rates higher every 6 months and us with no points against us, I went back to Natl. General..
