E-mailing anything to GS is a disaster. I have had their insurance since 1986. Always contact them by phone and have never had a problem. I have had several claims for glass breakage. Have never had any problems with claims on the phone. Have never seen any large increases in premiums as mentioned in some previous posts. I've been happy with Natl Gen, GMAC, now GS insurance.
