Worst service experience ever!

1st time I have used it, needed a tire. So bad that after many hours even the phone rep felt bad and said it was beyond belief. And this was in a metropolitan area! Sam phone was incapable of summoning service. Still have not followed through with my five hundred dollar receipt, or my complaint. Just simply awful!

  • Sorry to hear your trouble. I can't imagine being stuck on the side of the road and having the service you paid for simply not show up.

    Someone from GS will be on here shortly to ask you to take it off-line so we don't hear any more about it. Tell them your going to fill us in even if it takes a new post!

  • um ... sounds like something didn't go very well when you attempted to get a new tire????? Not sure what you're trying to say, I just hope you have a better day tomorrow!
