You lucky US folks get to try poutine donuts at Tim Hortons down there (it's not offered here at Tims in Canada!).
For those who don't know, poutine is french fries with cheese curds on top drenched in beef gravy. They are putting this on top of donuts!- Happy Canada Day! Please eat some Timbits and All-Dressed Chips for me... :)

I remember Canada's Centennial in 67 as a new teenager. Hard to believe it was 50 years ago!
