I had this happen when the ride height linkage failed. In my case it aired up one side higher than the other. It would be odd for both linkage to fail at the same time. The HWH is supposed to default to travel height if it loses power. Pull the fuses for the air leveling to see if it comes to ride height. There are 3 on mine. The travel solenoid at the rear leveling manifold might also be sticking.
Keep in mind all these things are buried under the MH, I would not be crawling around underneath the MH without cribbing unless it was over a pit. You can easily get squished without proper precautions.
