11 E450 loose wobbly driver armrest

I called Lazy Daze factory and they said the unit is equipped with factory Ford seats. Has anyone had issue with driver armrest coming loose? It will now drop out of position. It has a zip open cover on the armrest and torx type bolt. I will try tightening it when I can buy the tool. Anything else I need to look out for?

On the road right now, any suggestions would be helpful.
