First lets ask what adapter are you using as they are not all created equal.. Some will only power 1/2 the RV as both legs in the adapter are not tied together...
In either scenerio you will only be limited to 15 amps regardless..
Are you going 15 -30 - 50 or just 15 - 50?
Whats the make and model of the adapter?
You will not have issues but need to watch what you use..
I feel your pain. You can always spot the really really old electricians because they still say 110/220.
That was the standard up until about the end of WWII. Then the standard was raised to 117/234. You can still find some old equipment marked 117v form time to time. In the '60s the standard was raised again to 120/240. So, you had to be an electrician in the '40s to think it's 110v. But, people still say it.
