The wall outlet in your house is 120 volt.. If the slots are just parallel then 15 amps max.

So telling us "only 110" or only 120 is meaningless
For 15 amps yes, you will be able to charge the batteries.. once they are full you can run ONE of the following in most cases Microwave, Water heater and perhaps an A/C
on 20 amps delete the word "perhaps" from the above
30 amps gives you one A/C and the fridge (Fridge mayu work on 20 as well)
50 is all you can eat.
