I would be concerned why they boxes keep on tripping. In my opinion, the box is a band aid fix. I went several years with the recall box installed and never had it trip until the fridge finally failed. I replaced the Norcold cooling unit with the Amish one and it lasted/served me well. So,if your cooling unit fails and you want to keep the Norcold, that's something to consider.
I went through all that for three years defending my wife's desire to keep the Norcold. This year we bit the bullet and installed the Samsung. I kick myself for waiting. Maybe it's time for you too..just a thought....Dennis
