12v power out after installing new Trombetta relay

i installed a new Trombetta relay in my 2002 Fleetwood expedition and now 12v power is out. I put the old one back in and all is still dead. The mh will start and run but drive? The step is out so I ...

Yes, the left side heavy cable has power on it before and after the swap with the new Trombetta relay. Im not traveling right now so I don't need a temporary fix. My question about jumping was meant to be a way to get it working properly. Thanks.
