NO.
I intend to use the vinyl "privacy cover" on the outside and then put an insulated curtain of some kind between the cab and the living space. I think mine will be something like an insulated moving blanket for easier storage.
Regardless of what you put on the windows, I think you need something to isolate the cab too.
