Typical owners manual won't help you with electrical diagrams etc - even in new RV's. Most RV's have pretty std setups. Over simplified .... coach batteries typically run to a main panel which has both DC and AC breakers/fuses. The main panel is usually attached to a converter (converts AC to DC). In many cases there is a wire which runs from the main panel to the Chassis battery .. and that usually runs though a battery isolator (separates chassis/coach batteries unless ignition key in on position).
If you have specific electrical issue there is usually someone who can provide you with guidance.
