I agree with midnight. Corroded grounds cause all sorts of issues. First thing I did when I got my 1983 Jamboree (E350) was clean all grounds and put fresh ground wire on my gen set. You need at least a test light to see how far power gets. If you have 12V at the pump, then it is bad ground or bad pump.
