The wobble could be any number of things from the tire to suspension parts. Even wheel alignment can cause it.
You will need to eliminate the cheap things first so you don't waste a lot of money needlessly.
Even a good grease job might make a difference.
A common problem with the Chevy 1 tons was front brake hoses failing internally and keeping one or both front brakes dragging.
The front air bags were inside the coil springs. I changed them on a 1989 Southwind that I had. The bag kit was less than $100. There are posts on here on the easiest way to change them. I ran my front and rear at 45 psi and it rode like a dream!!
Your best bet is to make a list of things that need attention and set their priority.
The good news is most chassis parts are still available, NAPA is your friend.
Be careful of some of the advice you will get on the internet, they will have you replacing everything including the nut behind the wheel! :)
