1988 Ford Motorhome 1987 E-350 electric fuel pump problem

Please tell me what next to do with this problem: I have replaced the in tank electric fuel pump three times. It runs for maybe 5 to 10 minutes and stops. The pump will not turn on again. I have checked all the wires with multi meter and 12v is reaching pump, however nothing.

    Also the tank may be contaminated. Make sure there's no particulates, paint chips, plastic shavings, or other debris that could be clogging up all those new pumps.

    Edit on the water pump, way too little sleep last night.

    Have you flushed the lines? If there is crud stuck and blocking fuel, you may have a plugged line filter or the carb mounted filter. Make sure the fuel can flow freely.
