I talked to the owner today...
This unit was originally a police unit utilized in surveillance...
The owner purchased the unit 6 months ago from a police auction and is selling it due to a breakup of his girlfriend...
Everything on it works but needs Freon in the engine air unit...
It is a GM unit with a 454 and 17K miles...
From the pictures the inside looks new...
The outside has the normal fading from age...
He told me that he drove the unit approximately 150 miles to his home and checked everything out and found no leaks or weeps...
I believe that that the police dept probably took really good care of the mechanical of the unit...
The wife and I are is the final decision stage...
He priced it to us well under wholesale...
BTW he states that the roof is metal...
I that they were all fiberglass...
