You didn't mention the fuel pump. I hope that was an oversight because that's where you should have started. There should be a test lead somewhere that when provided 12V will close the relay and allow the fuel pump to run. If it doesn't run, bypass the relay to see if the pump runs. If the pump still doesn't run it's probably bad. As someone else mentioned, it will be an in-tank pump that requires dropping the tank to replace unless there's an access hole inside somewhere.
