1992 454 7.4 liter oil

Changing oil
Read in book 10w-30 ce/sg was recommended but sea 30 could be used down to 40f Im thinking number 30 is better for hot summer driving and being class A things get pretty dam hot under there. My number 30 is sf api . Is my thinking wrong or right. Any info be great.

    Delo or Rotella 15-45 is about the only oils that will last in those engines.
