Welcome Draboo, Fun little camper, we have the same year and model, ours has 68K on it and the PO was a friend so we gave $10K for it. She had replaced the tires and refridgerator. It had a roof leak and the skylight in the bathroom. We have replaced all the paneling in the bathroom, new liquid roof, skylight, bathroom sink, air shocks, tail lights, sunblocker on front windshield, LED running lights, flooring, mirrors, inverter and getting ready to paint the exterior. The instruction manual that came with it is a joke, doesn't explain a whole lot. Bought a service manual for the P30 chassis that helps. No lack of power on the road but at 65-75 MPH get 7-8 MPG. Check the condition of your inverter, when ours went out it took out the headlight switch and cruise control. Maybe we can learn together on this camper, there is another user out there with a 1994 Fleetwood 22D. Hope to hear from you soon, Roger
