Our original was a 50 AMP and replaced it with a 55 AMP, we got ours at Campers World. Rule is you can go a little bigger but not smaller. If your inverter looks like a big metal box it is probably the original and 20 years old. Wasn't hard to replace, you probably already know it is under the left seat near the electrical breaker box. Real good suggestion with the vacuum lines, I think I will put that on my list.
