We are very happy with ours and your $25k number is right in the ballpark.

Things we like:
* Washer /dryer
* Plenty of room with no slides
* CAT engine with Allison 6 speed is a bulletproof combination
* Overbuilt chassis
* Stainless basement and aluminum topsides
Things we changed
* Pulled the big tube TV headbanger down and replaced it with an LED in a lift cabinet behind the pax seat. To do this, you will lose the recliner and lamp table.
* Dumped the bedroom tube TV as well
* The dash A/C & heat was all screwed up. I replaced the heater valve with an electric one and had to manually position the duct dampers for optimum flow because the vacuum system for moving the controls was inop.
Honestly, the LP genny isn't all that bad.
The big issue with the Magnum chassis is which suspension you have. The Blue Streak chassis should have the Ellipti-Ride (leaf springs and shocks). The Velvet Ride (BF Goodrich torsion bar suspension) was all but velvety, although there are after market fixes for ride height and stiffness.
I'm surprised that the coach has no levelers. My original brochure says they were standard equipment on the Sahara. The plumbing etc mat still be there. If there's a hydraulic tank in the engine service bay, the coach had levelers.
