1997 Winnebago Suncruiser or 1997 Newman Kountry Aire

Hello,

I’m interested in purchasing my first RV and living in it for a couple of years while I travel. Two options in my area are the 1997 Winnebago Suncruiser or 1997 Newman Kountry Aire. Are either of these RVs reliable? What kind of problems could I expect from them? What have your experiences been and do you think one would be more durable than the other?

    Here are some things to check out.

    step one--make sure parts are available. 28 years is a very very long time

    Step two tires need to be less than seven years old

    step three take the vehicle to your mechanic.

    step four try all electrical devices and propane devices.

    Step 5 check the "house" batteries.

    Step 6 check the brakes.

    Both products have a good name. Neither company exists--having been bought up by other entities.

    What type of fuel do they use?
