1998 HR Endeavor Tripped curciut breaker

So we are sitting here in beautiful Mobile, Al.
My lovely wife decided it was time to vacuum. She was using the outlet in the drivers area and apparently tripped the circuit breaker.
We have been using that outlet for our electric heater with no problems.
Being the great engineer I decided to go reset it. The 110V panel is beside the bed. The problem is I can't get the stupid thing open. There is a tiny plastic lever, but when I try moving it in any direction nothing happens. It is clearly locked and I would prefer not to break it.
It is not the end of the world, we can use other outlets, but any ideas would be appreciated,
Keld
  • I do not think I tried to twist it. Will do.
DW is taking a nap in the bedroom right now but I will play with it later. It actually looks like there was a lever on it at one time, but it was broken. The whole thing is only 1/4 inch or so. May be time to break out the tool box.
Thanks for the advise thus far.

Try pushing on the end of the lever as you raise it up.
  • A picture of it would be nice. Possibly it might just pull open or maybe the door of the panel might lift up and open. JMT
