Probable cause is dirty or loose connection where the remote wiring plugs into the Onan,
Unplug connector, and spray it with contact cleaner,
Spray both sides the wiring harness plug, and the mating side on the onan

Does it start from outside?

I should have included that info. It is an Onan 7500 diesel generator. There is nothing happening when using the toggle to start it from inside the coach.

need a name on The generator and model # if you are talking about the aux gen for the RV. If for the engine the same info. What is it not doing.
