1999 georgie boy cruise master power loss

I have a 1999 cruise master with a Cummins ISB and 6 speed trans. On a recent trip it suddenly loss power and would only go about 40 mph up a grade. So I changed fuel filter and separator and did find debris in separator. It did not show any improvement. Next step was to drain fuel tank, change filters and filled filter canister with injector cleaner. Still no luck engine doe's not smoke and seems to run smooth but no power.
