1st time using Coach-Net
I switched to Coach-Net emergency road service last March. Had the opportunity to use their service today when my coach lost all air pressure in about 2 minutes.
I was able to go about a half mile and pull off in a lumber yard parking lot.
Called Coach-net, gave them all pertinent information and then they had me talk to a tech to see if I thought a mobile repair service could solve the problem or if I wanted a tow truck. Since I lost air so rapidly and I could hear a major air leak coming from the rear of the coach, I opted for a tow truck.
They found a couple of repair facilities 50 miles from my location, but those 2 shops wouldn't be able to look at the MH for almost 2 weeks. I told them that wasn't going to work for me, so they called another shop about 150 miles away that could look at the MH the next day.
I was very happy to see that they would tow the MH an extra 100 miles just so I could get the repairs done in a timely manner. The tow truck arrived about 90 minutes after the phone conversation. The driver spent almost two hours locating the leaks and making temporary repairs to two air lines. He then disconnected the driveshaft, and the MH was on it's way to the repair facility.
Just wanted to let everyone know that I am pleased with my 1st experience with Coach-Net.
