Please don't put any extenders of any kind onto Rubber Valves, if that's what it happens to have. Some of us have come up with improvised solutions, but the best fix is usually custom made specialty valves for the rear tires. One piece, all metal. For the front and spare, all you need is the ordinary metal "truck" valves.
Best deal right now in tire valves is Dually Valves at Camping World. Its a set for the rears and that's all you need. You get the Outers (Curved) the Inners (Straight, Long) and rubber Stabilizers for those long Inners. I'll get back in a little while with a link.
