The OCCC on a Class C of that size will possibly be roughly 1,000 to 1,100 lbs at the most.
You will not be able to just 'look it up' at any manufacturer's website. It varies by model, length, options, etc.
The only way to know for sure is to physically check the weight sticker attached to the motorhome before it left the factory, by the manufacturer.

RV's are WAY different than houses. Water, power, and waste all have to be managed. RV systems, used properly are fairly reliable. Used improperly, are easy to break (how do I know this???).

10 adults in an RV???? At least seven of them will know nothing about RV's. I'd would be shocked if you didn't blow thru your fresh water, fill or plug your black tank, draw down the batteries, and God knows what else in the first half day.

Even if the folks treated the Class C with the care it needs, the living space would be unpleasantly crowded, and, dangerously overloaded.

I find this question/situation out right alarming.

However, if you decide to proceed, you might get away with it if you camp in a RV park with full hookups so water and power are not an issue. Plan on putting lots of extra water in the black tank with every flush, and on dumping the black tank often.

I would highly recommend having several campers/passengers arrive in a separate vehicle so as NOT to over load the Class C.

And, I hope everybody is really close, because they are going to be really close.

Something else to consider. Doubtful the rental company would agree to.....10 people traveling in the motorhome. It would not be safe. Not enough seat belts. As stated earlier.....it will also be overloaded. (weight)

I own a 2017 31FS. Jayco says it will sleep ten, which is only true considering the following. The couch that folds out can take two small children only. The overhead bunk could take 2 adults. The dinette can handle two people but not over 5'4 inch. Each bunk can take 6 foot. The queen bed which is a shorty queen, can take 2 adults, but any adult over 6 foot the feet hang off the bed. Transporting 10 people? Forget it. Enjoying 10 people in the rig? Forget it. How many it can sleep has no relation to how many it can walk. The people in the dinette can talk to the folks sitting on the couch, that's four people. Two other people can sit on the edge of the bottom bunk. Two can sit on the Queen bed in back. The only people really enjoying themselves will be the four at the Dinette/couch. Ten people cannot move around the rig comfortably. If you have that many people sleeping in the rig, you either must have the windows open, or run the air conditioners constantly. If you don't, the entire inside will be wet in the morning from exhaled humidity. I'm going to use a dehumidifier and there is only 3 of us. Good luck with how it works out.

Yes - it's different. Stuffing people into a vehicle for a short ride is different than having to live/sleep/eat/walk/and use the restroom in a vehicle.

Your goal is to have friends/family for fun - suggest you increase the number of RV's or decrease the number living in the RV.

OK feasibility, look at the floorplan of the unit you were considering, If you assume that all persons are willing to sleep in a single area, accept that the small bathroom will make toilet time limited for each person especially if privacy is desired for such times as changing clothes etc. Also look at the amount of room available for getting past someone in the kitchen area or trying to get to the rear bedroom. The widths of walkways are generally 2 to 2 and a half feet.
Also on the sleeping issue, is condensation, most people in here will likely agree that more than 3 people in a unit starts to get the moisture levels high just from exhaled breath unless a window is open or a dehumidifier is in use.
10 people in a 30' RV for a day and a half,,
Can it be done? Yes.
Will anyone have enjoyed the experience??? You decide, you know the 10 people.

On the width of the sofa beds, generally 50 to 54" wide mattress
Dinettes are generally under 6' long when made into a bed, width can be single or double bed width.

Thanks for the input. I haven't been able to see how long are the sofa-beds or dinette-beds. Some of my frustration is NOT know how big or wide they are and Photos don't help - They do look bigger in photos.
