I want to say 135*, but still recommend dually valves. One of the Amazon reviews says 90* is better on Ford wheels. The reviews also say the extenders will cause leaks if not tightened. Which is why I hope you'll do it right the first time with Dually Valves. You don't want any connections to your valve cores, unless the extender is "airless." You know how an air gauge or air chuck depresses the valve core. An airless extender doesn't press your tire valve's core till the gauge or chuck is put onto it. Most extenders press the core when installed and that raises possibility of leaks.

If you have metal valves, you "could" get a "straight" air gauge and some "air through" caps. This is a set of 10 on Amazon. NAPA has sets of 04.
Then a "Straight" gauge...
NOT the more common "Angle" gauge...
Problem is, you need an air chuck in the same pattern as the gauge. With Dually Valves, you can check air with any gauge and add air with any chuck.
Trust me, I fought this for literally YEARS with rubber valves and extenders. We have the 1992-2006 wheels with tiny little access holes. Worse than the later model wheels. Dually valves were a wonderful relief. I can check all tires in minutes, and they rarely need air since the valves seal so well.
