Its in the middle for Damon. Its a fine family RV for the money. Damon's tend to have excellent floor plans. Our had the L shaped couch and we loved that. It allowed the wife and I to sit together at night.
Just be sure to check for leaks near windows inside and out. Then go through all the systems like the heat, AC, fridge and so on. I would say to do that no matter what you were buying.
Some of the people on here have forgotten what its like to have a tight budget so they always recommend big dollar machines. For those of us who don't have unlimited funds, there are fine RV's out there for us too.
