Do you have 12 volts in the house, lights water pump and so on. Try holding the emergency start switch for about a minute then continue holding the emergency start and try the Gen again. If still nothing on the gen you will need to start looking at battery terminals and ground wires and that includes the start side of the gen and the ground wire on the gen also. If the gen starts most likely a battery "house" side problem. The gens batteries are the house batteries on most MH's. As an after thought turn the house batteries off and on a couple times, could be a bad or near bad switch.
