Hi Baconator,
we bought our 2001 Residency a few weeks ago, it is a 3790 and we are more than happy.
LVJ58 did already PM you. He helped us a lot, because there is not really a lot of information out there and I believe also, there are not much Residency's left.
Our coach is like brand new with only 26,000 miles on it, but we fixed a few small things (was not proper winterized).
Which model are you looking at and where are you located?
