Use grade 8 bolts (hex head) and lock washers. If the mount is counter sunk for tapered slot head screws...you might still be able to use the hex head bolts...if not, then look for stainless steel screws that are square drive head or at least Phillips.
Most hardware stores (including Home Depot and Lowes) carry a large selection of screws/bolts.
