The reason for my supecting the roof replacement is they would have been into the wiring.
The ICC switch should act as a circuit breaker interupting the electrical power supply to the running lights when depressed, then when released power is restored to the running lights causing them to flash (if I am correct on how ICC switch and lights function).
No matter how they function the Instrument lights and dash lights should not be impacted in any way by the ICC switch.
