2003 Monaco Windsor dash air fan replacement

Hello,

Helping out my parents with their rig. Dash air fan squeals like crazy, so looks like bad bearing. Wondering if anyone here has replaced, and if so, how did you do it. From what I've been able to gather, it comes out from the inside of the coach. Any insights that can be provided would be appreciated. Thank you to all that make this such an amazing source of information.
