We just used our black tank flush yesterday. It didn't seem like water was going in or coming out, but we shut it off and checked the sewer hose and indicator light and it read empty...I've seen pictures of where the hose goes into the black tank. It is the same size as the rest of the water lines. So try opening the faucet part way? Read the indicator level light also when done. Our Safari manual said run for 2-3 minutes.
