Pressure fittings. I don't know about recent (past 10 years) Ford fuel systems, but the older ones required a special tool for disassembly.
NEVER use "rubber" hose on fuel injection system. The pressure is typically greater than 50 psi. Even hoses rated for "fuel injection" can come off of a clamped connection.
