I would prefer the 1999 and newer Ford chassis than the workhorse of that vintage when they were merely rebranded P-30/32s. don't know what year that changed.

I was mostly referring to the 8.1 and Alison trans in the Workhorse vs the 2 valve V-10 and the 4 speed trans in the Ford chassis, 2006 and newer Ford up the HP and the 5 speed trans which made it a better deal without the problems with the Workhorse issues and recalls.
