Coach is good on the road. Mine had about the same mileage when bought. Have put another 6k on it since. I checked the belt and hoses after I bought it. If you have a Ford Dealer near by that services trucks you could have them check the various items out. Probably the biggest issues I have had are with plastics that have sat in the sun/heat. Had to replace the plastic panels in the screen door, various knobs and such, and the tail lights leaked, replaced those as well.
Otherwise it has been good. MPG is about 9.8 to 10.
