2004 Holiday Rambler - Fog light issue

I would think you could get a couple Diodes like used for TOADS , these for ex. Diodes andrun either a wire from the Foglight hot wire to teh tailight wire or put in a relay to send power to your tail lights when the fog lights are turned on. Would be simple
